What does an expert do?

The purpose is not to judge candidates harshly. The purpose is to help them understand how they can improve.

How it works

1. Apply — create an expert account and tell us about your professional background.
2. Verification — we verify your identity, professional qualifications, employment history, professional references and conduct. You will be asked for supporting documents, and we may come back to you if something needs clarifying.
3. Approval — once your verification is complete you can begin the Confidence Lab onboarding process.
4. Set your availability — provide the times when you are available to conduct sessions.
5. Your availability, your limits — you can accept up to eight sessions in a day and twenty-four in a week, so the platform cannot fill your calendar beyond what you agreed to.
6. Conduct matched sessions, and complete the assessment and feedback afterwards.
7. Get paid for eligible completed sessions.

What we ask of you

• Keep your verification current. Employment, conduct and agreement checks are renewed regularly, and an expert whose checks have lapsed is not matched with candidates until they are up to date.
• Honour confirmed sessions.
• Complete the assessment and feedback after each session.
• Treat every candidate’s information as confidential.

What you can expect to earn

Confidence Lab experts are paid P150.00 for each completed session, paid at the end of every month.

Each practice interview runs for twenty-five minutes. Allowing for preparation before it and your assessment afterwards, set aside about fifty minutes for each session you accept.

Important
