Helping people prepare with confidence.
A Botswana-based interview practice platform for graduates, job seekers and professionals.
Confidence Lab is a Botswana-based interview practice platform designed to help graduates, job seekers and professionals prepare for employment interviews through structured practice with experienced industry professionals.
Many candidates prepare by reading interview questions, watching videos or practising alone. Those methods can help. But a real interview is a conversation.
Confidence Lab gives candidates an opportunity to practise that conversation with another professional, receive structured feedback and understand where they can improve before the real interview.
Our approach
- Practical — candidates should practise answering questions, not only reading about them.
- Relevant — practice should reflect the type of role and professional environment the candidate is preparing for.
- Constructive — feedback should help candidates understand how to improve.
- Accessible — candidates should be able to access structured interview practice online.
- Professional — candidate information, expert interactions and payments should be handled through clear processes and appropriate safeguards.
How we work
Confidence Lab is built around a few commitments we hold ourselves to: we recommend experts on relevance rather than on who paid for placement; we do not use personal characteristics to decide who you are matched with; and we tell candidates honestly when we cannot help rather than offering a poor substitute.
Built in Botswana
Confidence Lab is operated by BlueApps Technology Pty Ltd, a Botswana technology company. The platform is being developed with the goal of helping more graduates and professionals access practical preparation before important employment opportunities.
