Yes. Confidence Lab practice interviews are conducted online using Google Meet. Your meeting details are provided for your confirmed session.

Each practice interview session runs for twenty-five minutes. The session duration is also displayed before you confirm your booking.

A practice interview session costs P285.00, including VAT. Your session includes the online practice interview, relevant expert matching, structured expert feedback and your interview readiness report.

You should be prepared to discuss the role or opportunity you are preparing for and provide any relevant information requested by Confidence Lab before your session.

Yes. A Confidence Lab practice session includes structured feedback from your expert.

The readiness report provides a structured summary of your interview performance, including strengths and areas that may require further preparation.

Confidence Lab recommends one expert based on what you told us about the interview you are preparing for — your role, industry, the level you are applying at, the language you want, and when you are available. Personal characteristics such as age, gender, nationality or disability are never used.

Practice interviews are conducted by verified Confidence Lab experts. We check identity, qualifications, employment history, references and conduct before an expert can conduct a session, and verification is renewed regularly.

Yes. If the expert we recommend is not right for you, you can ask for one alternative before you pay. Tell us what did not fit and we will look again.

We will tell you, and we will tell you why where we honestly can. Often the answer is that no suitable expert is free at the times you gave us, in which case adding availability helps. Where it will not help, we say so and our team reviews your request.

Your recommendation is held for twenty-four hours. Expert availability changes, so after that we find you a current recommendation rather than sending you to book a time somebody else has taken.

The professional information you provide for the session — your CV, the job description, any reference and what you told us about the opportunity you are preparing for. They do not see your identity documents.

Confidence Lab handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Notice. Candidates and experts should review the Privacy Notice for information about how personal information is collected, used and protected.

Cancellation and refund terms are provided before booking and are governed by the Confidence Lab Cancellation and Refund Policy.

If an expert is unable to attend a confirmed session, Confidence Lab may reschedule the session or provide another appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable service terms.

Professionals with relevant industry experience may apply. Applications are verified before an expert can conduct sessions.

Approved experts receive payment for eligible completed sessions according to the applicable Confidence Lab expert payment terms.
